Weddings by Pixvid ("we") makes wedding invitation websites. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it private.

What we collect

When you book or contact us: your name, WhatsApp number, email, wedding date and city, and anything you choose to tell us.

To make your website: the wedding details, photos and music you share with us.

From your guests, through the RSVP on your website: what they enter (name, number of people, events, travel). These answers go to a Google Sheet that belongs to you.

How we use it

Only to create, run and support your wedding website, to take payment and to reply to you. We never sell or rent your details, and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.

Where it is kept

Booking and payment records are kept in a private spreadsheet that only we can open. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Your wedding website is public to anyone who has its link, so share it as you would a printed card.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts. Ask us any time to remove your wedding website or your details and we will do so, except what we must keep by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to kumarsheetansh@gmail.com.
