Let’s plan your invitation
Questions about a design, your own domain or a special request? Message us. We usually reply within an hour.
Everything you might ask
How long does it take?
Your website is live within 48 hours of receiving your details (names, events, photos and song). We send you the link on WhatsApp.
Can I change details after it is live?
Yes, as many times as you like, free, forever. You edit a simple Google Sheet (or send us a message) and most changes show on your website instantly: names, timings, venues, photos, music and more.
Do guests need to install anything?
No. It is a normal web link. Guests tap it on WhatsApp and it opens in their phone's browser.
Where do RSVPs go?
Into your own private Google Sheet, with each guest's name, number of people, side and events. Guests can also message your family's WhatsApp numbers from the RSVP.
Do I get my own domain?
Yes, with every design. Your website gets its own address made from your names or wedding hashtag, like aaravwedsananya.com, included for 1 year. The Pixvid team registers it, connects it and looks after it; we decide the name together on WhatsApp.
What happens to the domain after {domain_years}?
Your website stays online. If you want to keep the domain after 1 year, we renew it for you at the domain's own renewal price. If not, it simply lapses.
What is a fully customised website?
A design made only for you: your venue, your traditions, your story, with its own artwork and animations, your own domain and every feature. Prices start at ₹4,999. Message us and the Pixvid team will discuss the details with you.
Which languages can I use?
English with Hindi and Sanskrit touches comes standard. Want more Hindi or another language? Write the text in your sheet in any language and it shows as you write it.
How do I pay?
Choose your design, fill in your details, and confirm with us on WhatsApp. We share a secure Razorpay payment link (UPI, cards and netbanking).
What is your refund policy?
If we have not started on your website, we refund in full. Once your website is live we cannot refund, but your edits stay unlimited. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
How do I share it?
Send the link on WhatsApp, Instagram or SMS. It shows a beautiful preview with your names and photo. You can also print it as a QR code on your card.
Can I see a live demo?
We show our designs as videos so that they stay unique to our couples. Message us on WhatsApp and we will gladly walk you through any design.
